| New Music North was founded in 2001 with a mission to promote contemporary concert music by Canadian and international composers in Northwestern Ontario. It is the first organization of its kind in the region and, with individual, corporate and government support, it hopes to bring new concert music closer to the general public for years to come. New Music North is a non-profit, incorporated organization with dedicated volunteers at the heart of its operation. |
